Personalized. Practical. Possible.

The core of our practice centers on working with people and their families, physician group practices, patients managing chronic health conditions like obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, GERD and osteoporosis, as well as specialized medical teams (such as bariatrics and endocrinology). Our services are customized to each client depending on objectives and lifestyle. If you struggle with weight, have a chronic disease or health condition, are managing symptoms and adverse events due to medications, or are looking to improve nutrition for sports performance, we can work together to integrate functional nutrition as a foundation to better outcomes, and a better life.

Founder

Pamela M. Singer, RD, CDN

Pamela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in personalized nutrition and weight loss. She founded Blueprint-Nutrition for consumers who increasingly seek personalized nutrition plans tailored to their specific needs and goals, including complementing their GLP-1 prescription, or even providing lifestyle changes to prevent the need for medication. Pamela completed her dietetics training at New York University and NYU Langone Medical Center, where she worked with a variety of patients and chronic diseases, including obesity, heart disease, diabetes, renal disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.

Pamela is an avid runner who has completed the New York City marathon several triathlons, cross-fit and interval training.
